8:20 -9:50am teaching and meditation 1

15 minutes break

10:05- 11: 20am teaching and meditation 2

11:30am lunch

1:30 pm YOGA

2:00- 3:30pm teaching and meditation 3

15 minutes break

3:45pm Meditation Log

4:15-5:00pm Group discussion and presentation

7:00-8:30 pm teaching and meditation 4

8:30-9:00pm Q&A

6:15 am yoga
